Delaunay Polygonize (triangulation)

Tim,
now that you have numpy available, you may try to write a gimp python which performs a delaunay triangulation.
There is a python (standalone, not gimp) example, which I attach.
I'm not able to make it usable inside Gimp.

I think if you want to work with that file for GIMP, you'll have to translate it so that it doesn't use numpy.
because otherwise only people who can install numpy for GIMP can use it so many people will not be able to use it.
Maybe we should wait till GIMP's Python to come with numpy as a default install.
