Divide an image into 4 quadrants and saves them Script for GIMP

This script came about from this topic ->
I thought it's a good example of possible scripts that have to loop through all jpg files that are within a folder (input folder) and process them.
So here's the script:
quadSave (2).zip #
zipped .py file (unzip, put in your GIMP's /plug-ins/ folder)
(1.48 KiB) Downloaded 19 times

Script Menu Location: Python-Fu/Quad Save...

1. Have a blank image with a layer active/selected just so you can run script.
2. Run Script (from Script Menu Location mentioned above). Select width and height to scale to before running saving quads. Select input folder. Select output folder. Then click "OK" to run script.
3. Let the magic happen.
4. Script will open all jpg files in the input folder, and scale them to specified widthxheight. And save quadrants into output folder with suffixes "NW","NE", "SW", "SE" appended to original file name (before the .jpg extension).
