Ella Animated Rain Script for GIMP

This script follows Ella's tutorial on animated rain found here -> How to create animated rain

zipped .py file (unzip, put in your GIMP's /plug-ins/ folder)

Script Menu Location: Python-Fu/Ella Animated Rain...

Script Options:
Ella_Animated_Rain_Script_Options.jpg
Ella_Animated_Rain_Script_Options.jpg # (24.99 KiB) Viewed 387 times (Watermarked | Thumbnail)
Instructions:
1. Have an image opened with your one active layer selected/active.
2. Optional. Make a selection if you only want the rain on selected area.
3. Run Script, Select "Rain Length" and "Rain Angle", then "OK" to run script.
4. Let the magic happen, and you'll get result of 3 layers to use as animation.

Sample result (with half the image selected):

Tin, Very nice little script. I understand Ella is out for awhile. She will be pleasantly surprised when she returns! I had to play!

I've modified tim's script which was made from Ella's tutorial to give the option of light or heavy rain
