Tin, Nancy, Richard, Animicule and Issabella, thanks for the remarks.

Richard, with my promotion  I can't refuse to make a tutorial.
At the moment not much time for it. But I'll do my best.

Animicule, you made a very nice animation, well done :golden_wilber:
That balloon will feel really free :)

Thank you Ella! Here is another addition using the background of your outcome as a curtain on the right hand side
I split yesterday's animation in the middle and merged both sides together.

Animicule, that's a very inventive outcome you made :golden_wilber:
You had to put a lot of time in it, I think. It gives an extra to my work :)
Well done

Thank you Ella!
With the scripts that are in progress the time was not so much as you would think,
probably about 1 hour total for the 2 gifs. Each project helps improve the scripts
so one day it is my hope that it will be easier and take less time for every one.

Also, I like hot air balloons!
Here is an article about my friend Dale's father.

The area I live in is called the Birthplace of modern hot air ballooning.

I see hundreds of them every year, and they are so common I rarely take photos...
Funny how that works.

Working on a script can take a lot of time, I think. Don't know anything about it.
But looking forward to your animation script :)

Hundreds of hot air balloons I don't see here. Regularly I see a few coming over.
This weekend there's a balloon meeting not far from here. I then will see a few more, if the weather allows it.

Here's not as much space as where you live, I presume.
Hundreds can't take off here.

Thanks for the links. It looks like it's a tradition for many years.

Thank you for the links also!
That must be a wonderful celebration!
Balloon launches from the center of the city, really cool!

And yes, there is a great amount of farmland in my state.
Mostly flat land on this (the East) side of the state.
Rolling fields of grains, corn and beans with full horizons
nearly everywhere outside of town.
Your FREE background photo could have been taken here.

Animicule, I surfed a bit on the internet to find photo's and information about South Dakota, such a beautiful place with very wide views!
South Dakota 199.905 km² and Belgium 30.528 km², a big difference.
If my Free background could be a photo out of your region, indeed it is a magnificent place.
