Hi Issa, I took a look at your .xcf (attachment) and the result seemed correct. You played the tutorial perfectly!
Perhaps the space between the letters was a little too wide. I would suggest reducing this space, but it will depend on font for font.
I tried to get a result based on your xcf but I don't have the font you used, so I had to use another font.
I believe that for each silhouette the complexity will be different and the adjustments should also be customized. I found the cat harder than the buffalo.

Thank you so much Krikor for your help and deems. I completely agree with you. Each image will need the right adjust for a nice final result. And very important the font, too. I think I used "Heavy Arial" but not sure.
I love the result you did and it's nice what you removed thin space close to the first and final lettering. That helps a lot to be a better result. Thank you so much, Krikor.

In the second, image at the bottom, I finally understood the concept!
