Gimp 'warning' on start-up (SOLVED)

This is probably a shot in the dark but for a while now I've been getting the attached 'warning' come up 3 times every time I start up Gimp, just wondered if anyone knows why this could be?

Did you recently install something that has something to do with mingw?

What have you installed recently?

Probably different versions of libstdc++-6.dll installed.

First thing is search the C drive to check and if more than one; locations / file size etc

eg: only one in Gimp on this basic Win10 VM http://imgur.com/KwzNnj3

I'm running Win7 Gimp 2.8
I'll back track and find the installation I think may have caused it. A Gimp Chat post about 3D mapping, the pack included some great brushes, patterns but the guy didn't get the mapping script quite right and went back to the drawing board.
I'll also take your advice and check, thank you.
