Richard, with OMG's pattern the ribbon looks less wrinkled, it becomes more beautiful :)

Maybe a few sparkles on the diamond with a brush, makes the diamond pop out a bit.
I made a new layer and with a large glitter brush( size 300 and 200) , foreground color to white, made 3 sparkles.
Then > colors > map > gradient map > 2 times.
(The first time the sparkles get a black color.)
And lower the opacity of the sparkle layer.
If you don't have the brush, I'll post it here.

And as OMG said, play and good luck!

Wow, I really have food for thoughts my friends. Ella, I would appreciate your brush, so I know which one to use. Issabella I would welcome your pattern also, thankyou both so much.

Here you are, RJKD. Also, remember you can apply and script on text "embroidery" you could want to test it for see the effect on the silk. Good luck my friend.

Don't know if the brush is in default. I made it myself for a tutorial I followed once.
Here it is, Richard.

With all the help it will become a masterpiece :)

OMG, Issabella and Ella, thank you so much for all you help and input on this, I made few decisions (not one of my strengths lol)
Keep the diamond side facing, thereby producing 3 triangles, in keeping with our standard worldwide logo.
Have quite plain text face, as this, (if successful) would go out on thousands of A5 flyers, the logo being around 3.5 x 3.5 inches, tickets - logo probably 1.5 x 1.5 inches, giant banners at the event and other sundry publications, so keeping it reasonably simple is important.
I would still welcome any suggestions or feedback from any members, you've been fantastic with your help so far, I'm very grateful.
I have tried to PM the full image contents for scrutiny but even as a zip it's way to large
