Nice OMG. Back in 2007, our friend Fencepost created this script here http://fav.me/d17oag8
Then there is one script in Gimpchat GimpScripts here https://gimpscripts.com/tag/rain/ that renders Rain
There is a Rainy Landscape script by elsamuko here http://registry.gimp.org/node/24234

Conbagui, I didn't know there was a "rain script", in fact 3 already.
Then the tutorial is no longer needed.

Hi OMG, I like the concept. I did a tutorial and I believe is called 'Running water' a few years ago. The water need to be on a 90 degree angle, since the image of the fountain is looking forward. I'm not home right now, but when I get home I can post the tutorial so you know what I mean. If any of the Gimpchat members here can provide you with the tutorial it would be excellent keep emerging with right ideas and concepts.
