Icons for my wallpaper collection

I made these icons after doing Pat625 tutorial on see through effect and made me make these icons for the wallpaper collection loosely based on that tut with a bit of tweaking , between posting on Pat625 thread and now I just realized something yeah I went about it all the wrong way could have done it easier , nothing new in that realization, uumphf never mind oops typing what I 'm thinking uummm thats smarts even smarter is that I Learnt more things about Gimp ,

for those that would like a set of TV icons ( mix and match I think is the expression if you want all different colour TV s ) have fun , here is the zip just put your image in where the screen is and change the text to to ahh windows 10 the icons are png files on transparency base

After finishing this I went to SolydXK Forums and successfully Put a link to here , yeah and it works , could not fit 2nd attachment or the zip so left just the first attachment hopefully get some interested visits and some will browse about.

I downloaded the Samples Icons - Solyd K_Redraw.zip,
but there aren't any files inside the unzipped folder.

Just checked out the ZIP file and it contains 6 icons; maybe it only works for Aussies

Perhaps, but I downloaded the zip folder again and still there are no files in it.

I downloaded the zip, there's a folder in the zip, and i double clicked that folder and there are 6 pngs in it.

Still it's an empty folder.
No files.

I had to use an online file extractor to finally get the files.
As it stands, no files show in the zip folder.

This is the firs time something like this has ever happened.

but not when using the windows extraction tool.

Yeah that is strange , what to do ? how to help Wallace ? if everyone had empty zips ok that would be my doing but if oldmangrumpy and tim got the png files in the zips and you (Wallace) didn't wow um , think I'll go glad wrap the number plate while I think about this one Wallace .

Maybe because I'm using Linux > SolyK , and from memory and not looking this up in the posts oldmangrumpy is using Linux > mint and tim is using Linux > ubuntu
could that be the the link between the zip working for us and the zip not working for Wallace ?


we need a few windows operators to do the unpacking of the zip and see if that is where the problem is ( windows )

you all hav to come over to the tuktuk side hahaha , hahaha

Wallace I know very little about MWin software but is it possible to use a different zip unpacking tool
using a different app could maybe work


best of luck with that Wallace and post back the results , good or bad, myself for one is very interested with this and how it could be fixable.
