What I do is i click the hue color to get the palette and then i use the color picker to click on the color of the image(on the image).

That is what I was doing, but if I use the picker on yellow, it gives me a dk. brown. I started to just choose the main hue instead of using the picker and it worked one time on the following image, but neither way will give me the correct color. It has only worked correctly once for me. I have tried to keep the wagon or the yellow hay but the green is always there.

My guess is because the hue of green is very close to yellow.
Thats' why some of the green is still present.

On this one with the dancer, I could use the color picker for the bg and it would be accurate. However when I chose red with the picker, I would only get blues or greens. I finally just chose red from the palette and it did work.

Nice ones Pat.
Without the original I can't "play", anyhow you're right, the colour/hue to enter is a "delicate" choice.

Thank you, Dinasset. My problem is that it seems that my color picker is not working correctly. Has anyone ever had trouble with that. It is not the one in the tool box but the one with the color palette that must be used for this script. I deleted the program and reinstalled and thought it was OK a few times but then I could never get a close color with the picker. Weird!!

Here are a few that worked out for me.

This one did not quite take out all the other colors, maybe they were too close.

My situation is even worst, I cannot "pick" a colour from anywhere, only choose inside the small parameter window
