This is partially based on Lottery Bible (Easy Search)
I thought of using Harve$st Moon's Lottery Bible but for Jackpot games since we're in Canada and we can't play Pick-3 (at least not anymore in our province).
What this program does is it prompts you for previous draw results (numbers space-separated).
Then it asks for numbers you'd like it to draw (for example for the 6/49 it'd be 6)
Then it asks for largest number (for example for the 6/49 it's 49)
Then it looks through the Lottery Bible entries looks for occurrences of your draw result, if it finds it it'll grab that line and add it to the collection.
Then it turns all those lines into double digit numbers.
Then it randomly (hence Hybrid) selects/draws from those double digits looking to see that the number is between 1 and your largest number.
And then it prints out the hybrid draw result.
