Roller 3 has many improvements over Roller 2. When I first started Roller 3, my goal was to improve integration, and with integration, consistency and preview-ability.

In this sample image, I am illustrating the new option in Roller 3, Slice. The Slice option is useful for cutting an image, as part of an image stream, into horizontal and vertical pieces.

The Slice option is part of the Image option dialog that presents itself when an Image option button is activated.

In this example, I was simply testing the new plaque option in Roller 3.01, paint mode.

In this example, my goal was to create something interesting while testing Roller 3.02.

In this sample image, I am using a new option Paint Mode for images (Roller 3.03). The plug-in is also using the Decompose Image option.

In this example, I am testing Roller 3.04 and a new option in the Corner Tape effect, Length Shift, which randomizes the length of the tape.

In this sample image, I am illustrating a new cell shape, as of Roller 3.05, 'Octagon, Double-spaced'.

This was made with preset called Inverse Wave and is the product of testing Roller 3.07 and illustrates the Hot Glue image effect.

This is the Shifted Cards preset. A product of testing Roller 3.08 and illustrates the Shift option in the Image / Place option group. The preset expects at least one image file to be already opened in GIMP. To create a different random arrangement, try changing the Global / Random Seed or the Random Seed option in the Image / Place / Shift option window.

I've included the preset file for your study. With the files included in the zip file, you can reproduce this example with Roller 3.08.
