Already many beautiful crucifixes so I made something different.

Pat and Issabella, thank you.

OMG, it' a pleasure to make your tutorials.
I only don't understand point 9. Copying the brush name, and so on.

Ella - one of the problems I found when I first started writing the tutorials (old age!!), was remembering the settings that I used originally. I do like the way GMIC puts the settings in the layer name.

So now I try to put the settings into my own layers to help me remember what I did.

When I say 'copy the brush name', it is possible to just highlight the brush name in the brush drop down (Tool Options), right click and copy then paste it into the layer name. Then I add the pixel size (say 25p) and any dynamics (sat TD for Track Direction) also to that layer name.

Hope that explains it.

Thank you for the explanation, OMG. Now I understand.

Maybe also a good idea for the different fonts
If you have edited them you can no longer see what font you used.

Age has nothing to do with it, I think :geek:
There are so many possibilities in Gimp :)
