Stack Layers by Colors Script for GIMP

This script will make a copy of your active layer in a new image, then turn that image into indexed mode with number of specified colors, then for each color it'll make a copy of it and stack it on a new layer.
So the result is that you'll have different colors stacked on different layers. (This script was intended to be used with the "Multiple Shadows" Script).
:download:
Stack_Layers_By_Colors.zip #
zipped .py file (unzip, put in your GIMP's /plug-ins/ folder)

:download:
Stack_Layers_By_Colors (2).zip #
version 2 - Added reverse flag to allow user to have from Dark to Light colors.
(1.62 KiB) Downloaded 59 times
Menu Location: Python-Fu -> Create New -> Stack Layers by Colors ...

Script Option: Number of Colors (to reduce the active layer down to) (default 16).

with this script and along with "Multiple Shadows" Script. You can create similar results like below.

Thanks Esper!
Maybe you want to add your signature's website to your website in your user control panel under profile too so that it shows up under your avatar as well.
