Copy rotate script

Copy rotate script
With the script below you can copy and rotate images.
But the copied images are not the quality if the original.
Perhaps the interpolation of the script is no set to NO HALO.
Can someone make a change of that script or is there a better script to rotate image with several degrees.
Thank you GJL

If you change line 56 to
(gimp-drawable-transform-rotate-default sel-float degree FALSE xCenter yCenter TRUE TRUE) ;rotate
Then the script will use the default interpolation as set in Edit -> Preferences -> Tool options

Hi rich2005,
But in the script in the attachment in the first post, line 56 is already like this:
(gimp-drawable-transform-rotate-default sel-float degree FALSE xCenter yCenter TRUE TRUE); rotate
Have they changed the attachment code after your comment?
Thx!

Cant see that anything changed. The script has FALSE FALSE

Should the second FALSE remain, probably, as it should be a number 0 or 1 or 2 and FALSE = 0 Did not seem to make much difference.

You are absolutely right!
I only slept 2 hours last night and it seems that my attention and concentration are paying the price.

Even now I had to look 3 times to see the difference.
My bad.

I have the script-fu-copy-rotate-nLayer.scm and I was wondering if this was the same or not. But although they are different, they do practically the same thing.
The difference is that it merges everything into layers after rotating them, and the script-fu-copy-rotate-nLayer.scm arranges them in layers.
Thx rich2005.

I find a alternative Mura Meister Copy. It works beautiful.
