The more I try to understand how to use layerFX the more questions arise, I've got lots of homework to do. Meanwhile between the great tutorials posted here I'm learning how to paint with gimp, finally bit the bullet, thankyou Conbagui.

Thank you again, Conbagui, for your very exact, easy to understand instructions in this tutorial. I had not the foggiest idea how to make Bubble Wrap! I love this text Effect. Also for showing how to make the bubble wrap itself. I always learn from your tutorials.

Thanks for the tutorial Conbagui, I enjoyed working my way through it and learned a couple of things along the way. I think I had the text too dark at 12 percent opacity, but I'm happy to have a result and look forward to trying again, with variations in the settings and background
