I also found this tutorial. It's very similar to the Italian one.
But the date tells me xgeous and Esper were the first to make it.
Just to give the right information and credits

Thanks for the link to the tutorial. I may try this if I can find a good image for it.
Thank you, Pat and success with the tutorial.
Another 3D outcome, this time a labyrinth. Ella's gallery My Blender work - Ella My Blog - Le temps perdu There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in. (Leonard Cohen) really nice outcome Ella, if it's a Gimp image, have you any reference for a tutorial? I'd like to try creating this.
Thank you for the comments, Pat, Leopardo and Richard.
Yes, this is all made in Gimp with the Italian tutorial I referred to in post 439. You can also make it with the tutorial from xgeous and Esper that I linked in post 441, that's in English. Instead of letters I used a labyrinth vector. The lines were too close to each other to have a nice effect so I scaled the vector and converted it into a path. I'll attach my xcf-file so you can see how I did it or you can use the vector to create your own outcome. Success for those who will give it a try ! ![]()
