GIMP 2.10.11 Portable Win Version 20190412

Samj today released the portable version 2.10.11

Eager to test this new version, I hope it is more stable than the previous ones.

I still use version 2.10.1, the later versions unfortunately presented many bugs and crashes.

For now all ok, I installed without problems, and I already have all brushes, patterns, scripts, plugins, etc installed.
I'll use a little bit of each filter and hope there are no nasty surprises like in version 2.10.9 :bull_riding:
