I seem to be on a text binge . But played around with a couple more, I remembered to get the link to the cookie but forgot the retro, sorry my memory sucks and I tend to get focused on how I can fit it into gimp. I can

Thank you very much Pat, i'm sure you will not have any trouble!! I did find an underwater tutorial that I really wanted to try but wow it seemed to me like it was all over the place . I guess if someone has seen and actually used photoshop once or more it might make more sense to me. Oh well trial and error and sometimes starting back at the beginning a few hundred times . One of these days when I understand the flow I will try tutorials..maybe. Okay y'all I have an underwater scene and the link (which had me turned every which way but the right way most times) so like always I use what I think will work.
