Looks like a great tutorial. I just found out I have company for the weekend for the 4th of July. If I don't have any time then, I'll do it as soon as I can.

Nice outcome, RJKD. I will also try to do it completely as in Conbagui's tutorial :)

Conbagui, I did your nice interesting tutorial learning new filters (almost forgotten) of gimp. Where I have had a real problem, has been in the lettering. "C" capital had a different shape from yours, and sizes of the letters have been a pain in the neck.
Finally I finished it doing my best. I love the bright that the letters get when applied "gradient map"
Thank you so much for your time preparing each step and the shots are great help, too. :gimp_clap: :happy_purple:

Issabella, in the zip folder the font was Magneto Bold Semi Extended in stead of Magneto Bold Extended.
Maybe that's why the letters are not the same.

Conbagui, in the tutorial at point 15 I think the letter spacing should be (minus) -70
I saw it on the screen shot.

Another nice tutorial, thanks Conbagui :GL2: :learned_something:

RJKD, Ella, Issabella: All of your outcomes looks very nice to me.

Thank you, Conbagui for another tutorial that was easy for me to follow. I always learn new things when I do one of your tutorials or how to use it in a different way than before. Thank you again!
