How to use a unique custom font to different looks

This Custom Font "Silver" has many other possibilities to change its appearance. I explain in the file posted below how to do it easily and also the font.
This Silver Font is in Custom Fonts for GIMP thread, too.

Thank you so much Issabella this will be extremely helpful speaking for myself, i'm still quite unfamiliar with creating or changing appearances on fonts. After I unzip I get a DOCX file, I tried opening in wordpad as well as 7zip archive, I could be doing it incorrectly or maybe there is another way to open the document?
