![]() Script of Ella's Spinning Coins
Re: Script of Ella's Spinning CoinsIt's already a good start

Map Object Box seems fussier and slower that the cylinder.
Map Object seems to only use one core of the processor, so it could be much faster (but isn't). Here are a couple of new tests. They are ok, still have more to learn. I call this a 'slap' (for lack of a real term if there is one) It was a horizontal rotation, but too wide to post, so rotated it to fit. The viewpoint was modified to get this look.

Oops! Too wide. Online rotater for gif completed.
Doesn't look like a 'slap' anymore.
It seems it isn't an easy task

Learned to cut the image size to what seems very low to me, and also taking much larger slices, which lowers the layer generation time to around 5 minutes from over 1/2 hour. There are viewpoints, positions, and rotation for consideration. Biggest factor is due to my mothers health at this time. Sister and I hope to move her from the hospital to hospice for rehab tomorrow or Saturday... Hopefully I will regain concentration then. Brian, as we said before, family comes first. Worry about your script after you have taken care of your Mom. We can wait.
Animicule, take care of your dear mum. You only have one.
Gimp can wait. Ella's gallery My Blender work - Ella My Blog - Le temps perdu There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in. (Leonard Cohen) Thank you!
Mother is in rehab facility now, and the drugs from the hospital are wearing off. Hopefully she will be able to return home when the rehab is completed. Here are a couple examples, getting a little closer to finishing. Think I will just put up several small scripts instead of one large do everything script. (have the small ones done) then work on combining them. Too many ideas.
Luckily your mother can recover now.
Very interesting examples! It still seems complicated. Too many ideas can block the creativity sometimes ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ella's gallery My Blender work - Ella My Blog - Le temps perdu There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in. (Leonard Cohen)
