Pat - thank you; it's my small effort to keeping this world green! here are some more of the smaller, more delicate flowers, of course on smaller bushes.

Here is an example from my garden of one of the 'Dianella' grasses, an Australian native with flax like leaves, that sends up spikes of beautiful, tiny blue and yellow flowers -

Issabella - thank you; the garden, especially those parts renovated due to the storm earlier this year, is now delivering a wonderful spring show. here is a close up of one of those newer Aussie native plants, a Kunzea Ambigua, showing off its white/light purple blossom.

Ella - thank you and yes, the beautiful wonders of nature, which are suffering in many ways from human activities.

Here is one more, not an Aussie native but an orchid I inherited a few years back. It has now flowered for the first time and those blooms are very shapely and exotic.

Richard - thanks and yes it is unusual! Hope I'm not overloading the thread but I have a really good Spring 'show'. this year. Below we have a 'native frangipani', long shot and close up with the long lens, an aromatic rose and of course one of my favourites a yellow kangaroo paw reaching nearly 2 metres high.
