Is there a way to touch up or restore older photos? Even if it's just getting rid of some noise, a dear friend lost her son and we are trying to put a memory book together for her but most of his child hood photos are not good quality but any tips would be appreciated. I'll post one photo to give an idea of some of what we are looking at. He passed the day before his 24th birthday, so this will really mean a lot to her. Not all are as bad as this one but I figured if this one could be improved i'd know I can work with the others. Thanks in advance for any advice or a point in the right direction.

Sometimes, when colours (distorted) are disturbing, it could be a better solution to go to Black and White.
