Richard, your pier creation is beautiful, too. Sorry if I am nosy, but the whole image is a bit too dark IMO. Perhaps I would increase a bit the lights, I mean a bit more bright trying that they affected to the edge of the man. The composition is great I love it. Thanks for sharing it. You are a great artist.

Don't know how I missed the mist of post 701 but I like the final result very much.
Perhaps a bit of moon/moonlight would create a similar sense of tension in #704?

Thankyou Issabella and skinnyhouse, I agree about the light, I didn't think that through (p p planning) and to put realistic light in on the water reflection may not be possible now (or I may as well start over for the work involved with the reflection) however, I will see what can be done.

Richard, I really love your Pier at night
Personally, I don't think the outcome is too dark.
My work is sometimes a bit dark too, but that's my mood I want to show then.
