Ella I was missing your posts! I even surfed your blog a few days ago to kill some of that nostalgia :-)

As always great harmony between technique and execution!

Only the clouds in contact with the sides of the forehead seem to me to differ a little from the whole.

Ella, thanks for posting your art here! :paint

Thanks for your nice comment, Krikor. I've not been very productive lately.
And you're absolutely right about the clouds, I wasn't too happy with them myself.
I tried to make them more to my taste, unfortunately without success 😏
I've now removed them and also the head was too exactly in the middle, so I moved it a bit to the left.

Third attempt ... 😄

IMHO
The previous version was already excellent.
But in this version the set became lighter, there was a gain in luminosity and a beautiful highlight on the right side of the face.
Although the clouds have been partly removed, the image seems to have gained more elements as the details have become more accentuated.

Ella, As always you get better, congratulations! :gimp_clap: :2_Thumbs:

Issabella and Richard, thank you for your kind words, much appreciated :thank_you:

@Krikor , the fact that I'm getting better, actually my creations, is because I get responses from people like you.
There are things I don't always notice myself but when someone points them out I look with different eyes at my work.
So thanks for your critical eagle eyes :2_Thumbs:
