You're very welcome K.

I was hoping to just detect the version of the script and have just one version of the custom font tool but no luck so far.
Perhaps MareroQ will add a version number to the title of the scm file when he updates to 1.8!

Love the glassy shine on your character btw. :gimp_clap:

Krikor. Lucky of you that you could solve the matter without changing your script.
Your comment about the windows without a scrolling bar. It was another problem I had and solved by Skinnyhouse. He guided me to this link. Pat posted a repaired file which works to show a window without needing a bar.
name of the thread:
Bevel Reflect Logo to visible layers script for GIMP (scheme)
I installed the one in Post 4th

Hola Issa,

I found and downloaded the plugin from the link you provided (fourth post). BTW Thx Pat!

But it did not work.

I installed it according to Rod's recommendation: "\ lib \ gimp \ 2.0 \ python folder"

The plugin worked in part; when I run Bevel Reflect Logo it creates a vertical scroll bar, similar to the one obtained by scriptfu.exe.
But when I run Custom Font Bevel Reflect 1.6, nothing happens. :crysmiley:

Fortunately I always have AltDrag available, so I can access the entire plugin window.
Gracias Issa!

Sorry, Krikor because it didn't work for you. Only I wonder if you removed the old one or you have some other in conflict with this added.
But perhaps when Skinnyhose reads your problem he will be able to guide you to one solution in your matter, I think.

Issa, there is no need to overload Skinnyhouse on this issue.

The only thing that could interest him is that the version of gimpfu worked in "scroll bar" mode with all the other plugins I tested:
Bevel Reflect Logo, EnviroLogo, Logo Toolbox, etc. Less with Custom Font BR1.6.

But I believe there may be some incompatibility with my version of Gimp, since it works perfectly with yours.

I even installed a newer version of Gimpfu available at https://www.gimpscripts.net/search?q=gimpfu but nothing has changed.

Although I downloaded the version again to split the window into two columns, the plugin (in both versions) works in scrollBar mode.

So ok, if I can get through the whole window, it matters. and for the plugin version of this topic I always have AltDrag as a resource.

Gracias Issa. :thumbs_up_love_recieved:

I see it, Krikor. Only one more try just in case it works. I post a copy of mine
Go to lib/gimp/2.0/python folder, open it
You remove the item you have *kept it in a folder" split just in case you must set it again if it doesn't work.
Then you set these copies.
Close Gimp
Open Gimp again

Issa, I associate the problem with my version of the Gimp.
I also tested with version 2.10.12 and got the same result.

I, although I downloaded the version of the fourth post as you suggested being the same version you had downloaded, I downloaded the one from your last attachment again. But only to prove the same results.

But it's alright. Only when I'm using the laptop would I need this type of plugin, using the PC the windows all fit inside the screen. And even so with AltDrag I get around this problem.

Gracias Issa!
