Label Arrows From Path Script

Have an active path,
Run Script and you'll get numbered labels and arrows (using foreground color and background color).
Even though this script is a stand-alone script. It does have functions that call copied code
from Ofnuts' Gimp path tools (path-arrow-heads-0.0.py) to create the arrow heads.
