FLAST7 Program Request

Can you create a program where you enter a block of numbers... say 120 numbers, then a place where you can subtract another group of similar numbers and it would leave "X" number of numbers that were not in the initial 120.
Also, can it eliminate due pairs, or keep only these numbers that contain a due pair in it if I was able to enter the due pairs and groups of numbers by copying and pasting them into it.
There is a program called FLAST7 on lotterypost, but it has a flaw in it and the creator of this program has since passed away. The flaw is, it eliminates all doubles even though it had a digit in it from the previous nights draw. In Flast7 there is an area for the last number called to be entered, can this be done but also accessible to use if no digits were placed in that spot.
I hope you can do something on exel for this... thanks

Sorry, I don't do excel (at least not right now). I run Linux and have no access to Excel.
When you're on the CS program page just click on the Play/Run near the top left corner and program will run in your browser.

It's easy to make a program that removes numbers that appear in the 2nd list from the 1st list.
But I am unfamiliar with the term "due pairs".

Say I have a number of pairs I think are due to show up... I want to keep only those numbers that have that or those pairs in the numbers I am going to play.

This is for pick 3 games right?
so like for example you want a program to ask for 3 inputs.
input 1 is list 1 of number example 011,023,049,050,123,220
input 2 is list 2 of number example 011,023,049,051,234,220
input 3 is due pairs 11, 02, 20
then I should return and output 011,023,051,234,220
because
011 should be removed but has due pairs 11 so i don't remove it
023 should be removed but is in due pairs 02 so i don't remove it
051 doesn't exist in list 1 so don't remove it.
234 doesn't exist in list 1 so don't remove it.
220 should be removed but has due pair 20 so i don't remove it...
is that what you mean?
And also due pair must appear in order like for example 032 does not count as having due pair 23 but does contain due pair 03 and 32 right?
Are my assumptions correct?
If it's wrong you can just copy my comment and put correct or incorrect at end of line and explain what the rules should change to.

Sorry, i must have confused things a bit, When I enter the same data in step one and step two and then pairs in step three, it creates 4 numbers... what I would like to see is the following...
Here are the numbers to enter for example...

038, 039, 098, 138, 139, 198, 238, 239, 298, 338, 339, 398, 438, 439, 498, 538, 539, 598, 638, 639, 698, 738, 739, 798, 803, 809, 813, 819, 823, 829, 830, 831, 832, 833, 834, 835, 836, 837, 838, 839, 843, 849, 853, 859, 863, 869, 873, 879, 883, 889, 890, 891, 892, 893, 894, 895, 896, 897, 898, 899, 903, 913, 923, 930, 931, 932, 933, 934, 935, 936, 937, 938, 939, 943, 953, 963, 973, 983, 993, 998

Here are the due pairs I want to filter so I only keep the sets from above that contain a due pair and combination of two due pairs not just the combinations of 2 due pairs...

Due Pairs...

26 59 58 12 34 55 18 24 47 48 04 77 78 08

If I kept only those numbers with the due pairs in them, I would have the following sets of numbers...

038, 098, 138, 198, 438, 439, 498, 539, 598, 738, 798, 803, 809, 813, 819, 830, 831, 834, 837, 843, 849, 859, 873, 879, 890, 891, 894, 895, 897, 934, 935, 943, 953,

Can you see how I would like a program like yours to operate? I did this all manually, but if you can get something to do it with a couple clicks, that would be awesome.
