Let's say a company sells out raffle tickets for 50/50 raffle.
They could manually draw for 1st, 2nd, 3rd prize and so on by shuffling the other half of the tickets.
But what if they want to do it using a computer.
Can you write a program where you can enter starting number ticket, ending number ticket then
it'll randomly show 1st, 2nd, 3rd and so on drawn result of numbers within the ticket number range entered?
