I thought what if there was a site that allowed you to upload your before/after of the ODO to prove how much you riden.
Then people that own cheap bikes like me can join teams/groups to work together to ride to reach group/team goals.
Then companies can sponsor/donate to different causes when certain goals are reached....

I'm not a doctor. At the risk of over-sharing, I'm just sharing.

I used to experience what I always called "the bookstore woozies" because I would nearly pass out from just standing up after spending a few minutes inspecting the books on the lower shelves. Seemed to be the only times it ever happened, but it happened often enough to notice its persistence. At some point I was informed this was actually called "orthostatic hypotension."

This article :

https://www.webmd.com/heart/what-is-ort ... standing#1

reports:

"For many people, it happens only once in a while -- most often because you're low on fluids. When you're dehydrated, your body has a harder time making adjustments to control your blood pressure. You may have mild dehydration if you've been exercising intensely, were outside in the heat or soaking in a hot tub, or are recovering from the flu, for example."

Tim, I have decided that I will buy such a bike possibly this or next month.

At the moment I will start researching models and prices. I don't know if I trust web shopping, but I will still use online store prices as references.

At the moment a lot of research to be done (brands, prices, features, quality, etc).
Soon I will be part of the group of Gimpers cyclists! ;)
All that is great is greater than all that is small.

14 miles in 50-56 minutes on resistant 6 is a happy medium daily routine for me right now.
