Can anyone please furnish me with a grass or reed brush(es) please? I am trying to paint reeds in a river.

Now I have some :-) Thanks @Wallace!
I also downloaded the ones available in this tutorial:

When I have time I will try to follow the video and also downloaded the PDF.

That seems to be referring to Gimp Paint Studio, of which I wasn't familiar either. Here's a site that discusses it in a bit of depth:

https://templatetoaster.com/tutorials/g ... nt-studio/

Seems to just be a collection of resources as a plug-in, and I recognize a couple of the patterns as being in 2.10.

Also found these tweets on Gimp Official, having announced 2.10's availability:

27 Apr 2018

Replying to @GIMP_Official

Congrats! If I upgrade to 2.10, will I need my 2.8 plugins? (mainly the Gimp Paint Studio and the 'stroke' script0fu) Or are they now ingrained?

We actually shipped 2.8 with some bits of G-P-S :) Yes, you would benefit from keeping it in 2.10. No idea what that other script you mentioned does, though :(

AND, this:

http://libregraphicsworld.org/blog/entr ... r-gimp-2.8

I could not find any reference to Gimp Paint Studio having been updated for 2.10.

I haven't installed it, but may in the future, as I enjoy digital painting. If you install, please let us know if it works in 2.10, and is an improvement from normal Gimp.

Makes me wonder why there's little discussion of GPS.

@Lenny, The links you suggested were very enlightening.
At least now I have an idea of what GPS is.
At the moment I am not willing to install and check this plugin further. I installed some brushes from this package and it worked fine on Gimp 2.10.14. Maybe, later on, I will install and check this plugin further.
Thanks for the good read links!

Thanks for the link Krikor and thankyou for the brushes Wallace, much appreciated.
I haven't found GPS to be of benefit other than a nice splash coming with it, I'd be interested if you guys found it useful.
